Our Pre Academy Beginner Group Sessions are designed to improve and challenge the following: Individual Ball Mastery techniques, both learning skills to protect the ball, escape from pressure and eliminate in 1v1 scenarios. 1v1 domination, both offensively and defensively with pressure from the front/back and sides.
